You may download or copy the contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents, the site, or any related software. COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the photographs that we create. However, as with any material shown through an image on the Internet, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor; we cannot guarantee that how your monitor displays these colors will be accurate.

Our web site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, and availability. RFG Art Photography reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, you may return it with your invoice to RFG Art Photography within one week of receiving your print. See our RETURN POLICY.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold RFG Art Photography harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of our web site.
MISCELLANEOUS
Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent RFG Art Photography prints are offered for sale in the United States and elsewhere through this Site, our site and its contents are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting our products and services.
TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or RFG Art Photography. You may terminate this agreement at any time. RFG Art Photography also may terminate this agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the site, if in RFG Art Photography's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination of this agreement by either you or RFG Art Photography, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
Shipping & Returns
Due to the fact that images offered from RFG Art Photography are mostly limited editions, images are printed on order to ensure quality. Please allow up to four weeks for processing and delivery. The responsibility for our products is limited, once they are in the care of outside parties.
Shipping Methods
All our products on this website if and when they are available can be shipped through specific transport arrangements made with us. We will advise you in this regard by means of e-mail. Prints can be insured for well over your purchase price. You are required to sign for delivery of your prints. Prints are packaged to avoid damage; however you should inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt and notify transporter and us of any damage. Our responsibility for damage is limited to replacement of the item(s) purchased.
Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and choose to return it, RFG Art Photography will issue a refund, less shipping charges.
This guarantee does not cover framed photographic art. If you wish to avoid this risk, you may purchase an unframed print first and once you are satisfied with it, return it to us for framing. We will credit the cost of the unframed shipping and handling against the framed price.
The guarantee is subject to the following terms, conditions and exceptions:
The purchaser must contact RFG Art Photography within 14 days of shipment of the intent to return the purchased print(s), to receive a return authorization. The print(s) must be returned in its original packaging in original condition. RFG Art Photograph reserves the right to return, without refund, any print that is damaged, or to reduce the refund to compensate for such damage. If the print is damaged upon receipt, buyer should contact RFG Art Photography immediately. RFG Art Photography will bear the cost of inspection and return shipment via agreed method of shipping for the damaged print. After inspection RFG Art Photography will replace the damaged print. Shipping charges are not refundable.
